I believe that the stuff that Mike and I have checked in resolves this and so it
should be marked complete as soon as draft-08 goes out.

I've assigned this back to you in the belief that this is already addressed by
the stuff in location_info.  If you don't agree and you think some change is
needed, explain what you think is missing and assign it back to me.

Otherwise, just close it.  I'm not sure whether edit-complete or no-change is
more appropriate.

I believed that this is addressed by the location_info proposal.

If you agree, plase close this.  Otherwise let's begin the wg
discussion with what is in the next draft as a base.
