The existing pNFS sections were taken from the ops proposal and need significant
editing to make them at home in a v4.1 spec.
Some of what is in the introduction needs to go into the v4.1 introduction and
we can't have chapters named "Introduction" and "Security Considerations" in a
v4.1 spec unless they are introductions to v4.1 and securty consideratins for v4.1.
We have to talk about v4.1 and its features and not about the protocol
extension. I don't think this affects the technical content but it does affect
the presentation. Also I think we need to stop talking about pNFS as if it is a
protocol. V4.1 is a protocol which has a parallel access feature. We don't
have to define a "pNFS client". We have to have a definition of a "v4.1 client"
somewhere else which encompasses those using pNFS features as well as well as
those not using them. This hasto be a single spec and not a bucnh of specs
jammed together.
